  • Provision of collateral valuation services for 1.000 properties in the NPL Portfolio "Frontier" (GBV: € 6.1 bn).

  • Estimation of 6.744 zone rates on behalf of the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of taxation in 2022.

  • Independent valuation of rental and investment values for 17 building blocks (181.000 sqm) in the Riviera of Athens, Vouliagmeni-Kavouri.

  • Property market and rental valuations throughout Greece, procured by Piraeus Real Estate, CERVED, National Bank of Greece (NBG) and CEPAL.
